If you know the password you can disable it from bios.If you don,t know than there are some utilities you can find on net like "killcmos" it will clear all cmos settings. but before try check if it support your bios or not.
If Password was set by vendor than check there website for default password.

...power off then try to remove bios battery...let 10 min, then put it back...and power on...hope this will help!

In laptop it is not easy to remove cmos battery.
