Tell us ur what ur actual problem is ?
Password or Don't show the press anykey to boot from cd...
If password then seach the reset password in gsmforum .
Secondly check ur media both cd and cdrom .
If none work use boot usb mode in bios and rip the whole winxp to pen drive .
use it to continue setup

I gotcha.
Ur cmos battery is damage thats why it shows date and time is not correct.
U can reset ur password in various methods. but as ur cmos battery is damage , u have to disamble ur laptop and u have to remove urs cmos battery. then without battery wait 5 minutes and power on ur laptop and ur password will be reset. now power off laptop and insert a new one battery.
Then re-power on ur laptop .now entel bios as usual and change what u want .
Hope this will work for u.

You can definitively give a try but it is not 100% successful. so i would suggest you to go for an external Cd drive and then try to format the computer and get installed.
