how to fix Download permission denied by uploader. (0b67c2f5)
only the original uploader can fix it, heres how:

login to your rapidshare account,
hoover the mouse pointer over your username (in the top right of the screen)
click on account overview, on this page you must set a user alias.
click edit next to user alias and enter a user alias and then click save.

last step - now go to file manger and right click on the folder you want to share,
click on privileges and next to public access , click the access levels you want to give.
