Question How to manage a remote team?

I am planning to hire a software development company for my project. And to tell the truth I am a bit nervous. (about my money, my project, timelines). What are the best practices do you know that can help me manage my remote ream or what advice can you give?

But if you're so nervous and not ready to hire a remote team then maybe it's better to hire a local team? However, you should know that it's easy to treat remote workers as "out of sight, out of mind," but as their leader, you need to put in a little extra effort if you want these team members to stay engaged and productive. You can find some useful tips here https://steelkiwi.com/blog/top-tips-...elopment-team/. Good luck with your project
