How to remove a password/pin from a apple macbook pro tiger

i have a macbook pro tiger .... and i try to remove password from him but the trick whit command + s no working and i dont have the cd to install a new sistem .... anyone have another ideeas ?

1. Reboot
2. Hold apple key + s key down after you hear the chime.
(command + s keys on newer Macs)
3. When you get text prompt enter in these terminal commands to create a brand new admin account (hitting return after each line):

mount -uw /
rm /var/db/.AppleSetupDone
shutdown -h now

i have try that but is not working command +s coz no have apple sign on keyboard and no working ....any another ideea ?

fix this by going to System Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse > Keyboard > Modifier Keys:swap keys
if using win keyboard use windows button
