Imagine This……

In a quiet spell in my shop today I partook in some deep thought about where the unlocking industry was heading. With the banter about DB2020 logs and BB5 unlocking as well as the issues with the Customs regulations that make it harder for people like us to trade consistently. I half expected my thoughts to drift into doom and gloom and prior to suicidal thoughts, just giving in.

This did not happen though, my focus ended up being more positive. After questioning myself about my thoughts and wondering if I had just spent too many years in corporate marketing I set about trying to envisage what our market “Could” end up like. The one thing that was persistent was the overwhelming need for the box and software makers out there to cease the open warfare that has raged between each and every one of them and try to find a common ground. I mean can you imagine a product that encompassed ALL the wonderful unlocking/flashing products out there, a service suite that would be for ALL brands and manufacturers. If all the box and software developers just got their heads together and spent their time and resources to come up with a “Secure Suite” that covered all available unlocking/flashing products there would be no more theft of design and facilities and the wealth would be spread more evenly.

Now don’t get me wrong, I know it is highly unlikely that we would ever see such a project on this scale, but imagine for 1 minute:

UFS/HWK
J.A.F
SmartClip
SCDR Box
Universal Box
SuperClip
Vygis
NSPro
UST etc, etc all joining forces to develop the mother of all products, not to mention the research and development opportunities that this would bring. All these brilliant heads brought together for 1 purpose.

Ah well, pipe dream I know but I just had to get it out of my system.

Sorry, but it ain't ever going to happen.
Producer's won't make as much as they are at the moment, so it won't suit them but it would be much more beneficial(probably cheaper) for us the end user's, so they defenitly won't want that to happen.
Also there are too many obstacle's in the way i.e: Live in different country's, different ideas, too many people involved would mean less profit's.
Plus side at the moment is that there will alway's be someone to make software at a price, reducing the amount of producer's to only the specialist's in their field such as ust/ns for samsung & setool/cruiser for se's would mean the producer's wouldn't be so paranoid (with cause to be!) to release new unlocking software, which would benefit both producer's & end user's. People such as Zulea,Manole & Raskal(copy & paste master's) are to blame for this, there is no integrity left in this business!

Imagine though if such a product was lets say $1500 - $3000, lets face it, most of us would still pay it as long as we knew we were going to be supported for the life of the product.

Most large companies are based in many parts of the world and staff from many different cultures, this is the way most businesses are run now.

Microsoft are major employers of Hackers who have hacked Microsoft software. I have always believed it better to keep your enemies near rather than distance yourself from them. Zulea,Manole & Raskal were clever enough to be able to *******te and improve on the products they have, this in my eyes makes them valuable.

Again just batting around with pipe dreams, but it does make you wonder

I still stand by my first post.
$3000 for life time support between the lot of them? I think you underestimate how much these guy's make from their product's.
It's nice to dream but with so many ego's in the industry this will only ever be a pipe dream. All the same it was good to have a chat about it.
