eVerythinG you asked is ILLEGAL in INDIA.

even you can not have 3310 flash file in your pC as per law, as its Property of Nokia, Not your or mine.

Best applicable law in INDIA is :-
jo pakda gaya, wo hi choor

SO take care, unlocking all sets from service providers is also illegal, with 5y in jail+3 lakh rs fine. airtel or anyother can lodge FIR against any unlocker, and if proved, he/she will be procecuted for the same

it think ur missing one small point..

owner of phone is main not provider and his set..
in india all cell selled to owner so owner is responseble to do any illegal opration not us..

about nokia ..its free on net...they can make any law agains it..first they have to stop net so its impossible to stop all site which providing nokia copyright firmwares...

you are wrong brother, as i have already suffered, so i can tell,
company sale you mobile set, with its hardware, you can do whatever you like,
since every mobilephone has its own OS, which is copywrited of its company, they donot allow you to paly with it, in LEGAL terms, its offence.
you flashing and SIM-unlocking is not allowed.
