If you expect customers to LIKE you = you are wrong!
If you expect customers to care about you = you are wrong!
If you cannot keep the moving forward = someone will do it! The true is this!
If you cannot improve knoweledge and quality = wrong again - the customer's needs grow up everyday ( as your owns ! ) - yesterday they was with GF768, today with iPhone4S, tomorrow - with SGSIV.
You will loose a friends and coleagues, parthners and dreams in years = this is the tribute thay we pay and cannot avoid it.
If you cannot learn this bitter leson, then leave this field.

And even all this is true - try to keep human face... otherwise - you will be lost!
