The Rand() function is not a bug,.
rand() is undocumented function you can't find it on the online Help. this function allow u to insert sample text into a document.
and "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog." is a sentences which contains every letter in the English alphabet.

they Call it "holalphabetic sentence" - not sure of the Spelling-

and rand(200,99) is the Max Parameter allowed by this function to Insert 200 Paragraphs, each Paragraph contains 99 sentences.

the Same function could be used by Excel to Create a Random Number, just write =rand() on Excel

as i've heard long time ago,there is a certain cell in excell if you open it there is a game or whatever,haven't seen it before,maybe someone knows about it
