Hi,
It's possible to use paypal if your country no present in list ?
have visa card how can use with paypal my country no present in list ?
i can do too if register with others country in list ?
Can use visa/master card without paypal ?

plz give very detail !!

yes, you can use paypal without visa card, but you will not become a verified paypal account user

I think You can use ur paypal acc without verified but you can not able to make mass payment & recharge balance by atm both or bank, olny u can recive payment from paypal & send out of this balance.
