yes, it is true, some users try to talk about religion, politics and other issues that are not GMS stuff. but some times you have not to give a lot of laws because when you insert a lot of laws the users try to visit the site the less of possible. and they dont sit confortable. and if you are trying to demostrate that you are the ADMIN, you are the MAN, you have all the power in this forum just do the following:

in the index.php edit that file, and rename to index.php.excluded, then
inser a simple html file made in word or frontpage by yourself, and in leter of 40px of size write "IM [your namehere] IM THE ADMIN I HAVE ALL POWER TO CLOSE THIS TINY SITE" then all users will know that you are the King of Jungle.

suggesting that people are not reading your posts "correctly", is utterly ridiculous. as you are unable to form coherent English sentences, never mind entire threads.

i understand you are trying to make people follow your rules. but taunting people on the lack of English knowledge. is a bit rich, from someone who is unable to even write a clear sentence in the language.

perhaps if you had a better grasp of MY language, you would understand what an "off topic Forum" actually is.
