paypal help

i have new created paypal account
then i link my mastercard to may paypal

now i want to send money to other paypal account

but when i send always showing LINK A NEWCARD
to cover this payment you"ll need to add a newcard



but i already link may card
how can i fix this issue please help me thanks

Hi sir,
Adding a credit card is not sufficient; bear in mind that you need to confirm ownership, paypal will send two small amounts to the bank account issuing your card, then you'll have to write them down exactly on your Paypal.
After all that is done, you'll have a new badge "Confirmed Paypal User''..

but alomost 2days now and i don't have recieve the 4diget code



i also contact the help support on paypal but untel now don't have reply


if you have other solution please help me
