Lot's of hub-port available on the market now a days. So USB port problem isn't the main one.

Defo both but if I had to choose, I'd go with a PC.

My PC is connected to my 55" for internet, gaming and movies. I like how easy it is to change components within a few minutes if needs be. You can add a beefy graphics card and cool it easily too.

I got a laptop in case I need to travel far anywhere and watch films or surf the net. If I need to surf in the bathroom or at work I just use my phone.
