Gia na doulepsi ayto to programma:
To wav arxeio prepei na einai se morfh 8 kHz - 16 bit.
Prosoxi, prepei sto programma pou 8a kanete ti metatropi se ayti ti morfi, na tsekarete
tin epilogi "kill null samples" allios mporei na min ginei meta i metatropi se amr.
Otan exete telika to arxeio wav, metonomaste to se test_input.wav kai valte to
ston idio fakelo me to Converter.exe. Trekste to con_wav2amr.bat kai eiste ok!

It's Greeklish! it is Greek with english characters many people cannot write/view with greek characters on some forum's. They write in greeklish so everybody can view it.
(the translation may have some prob's)
translation:
To have this program work:
The .wav file has to be in 8Khz-16bit recording.
Attention, To make this conversion you have to check on the options
the "Kill null samples" checkbox or else the conversion from wav to amr may not be successfull.
When you have the final wav file rename it to "test_input.wav and put it in the same file of Converter.exe
Run the con_wav2amr.bat and you are ok!
