question about api

Hi
I made my own script for my site
now I work on api section
now I can send imei from my site to source site by api
but imei can not choose right service
for example I choose gsx service in my site and put imei.but in source site imei goes for Australia block unblock service.
how can I solve this problem?
I think every section has service code
but owners of sites don't know service code and they can not help me

I think their API Documentation & Development is weak.

Decent & Professional Developers always provides Good Documentation.
e.g. Dhru , Unlockbase , etc. they have very good documentation about their Product / API.
