Hi,

Apple Inc. is the largest company in the world produce latest phone and very innovative. Now there is several mentioned the reason as why apple product drop in the market.

1. Apple is very good security than any phone is the world which can protect the user lo loose his/her handset that if stolen can not be used but the problem come in situation that there is a lot of people who buy those phone by incidentally find that the seller was already activate Find my iphone and cannot communicate with him, or the reseller who purchased the phone in the action market cannot find the previous user so the phone is unusable.

2. Iphone several time stick on one shape long time while there is other rivals in the market change sharp to attract the client.

3. Iphone have the difficult way to install new firmware and are very cost to download same software every day they change the software version. It need skilled to activate the phone.

4. Most of spare part is very expensive and are not available, i.e charging system, audio replacement, LCD Screen et.

5. The support center are the one who support also apple computers so the is no specific technician who can solve the problem in time.

All above mentioned is the most problem promoting the fall of apple handset in the world market.

Well, just remember how key developer of GSM - Nokia - has fall. Bought by Microsoft, now using Android OS. How wrong can be that?
In my humble opinion Nokia failed because they didn't bet on smartphones, but on mass production of feature phones. Even now the company is having the same approach.
