To Roman and Garfild ( UST Problems question )


Roman please dont write this words about garfild because you dont know him, and i can tell that garfild is one great person and gsm mobile phones service man, and this story how long is someone on this forum have nothing with his expiriance because this is simple not releated with this...
Garfild if you want to hear my suggestion: dont get in this kind of story anymore because this wont help you at all...
Roman : read what i have wrote to Garfild, and you must know than reseller ( you ) and serviceman ( Garfild ) have two diferent ways of looking on things and that why you have started this fight..

I also must say that Garfild is an really good pearson which don't deserve those kind of words from Roman.
Not only good man, but also a pearson which knows very well his job.

experience is one of the most important thing here
(i have +6 years experience in selling gsm equipement)
only this,selling & supporting
he dont have even 6 months!
this is very important!
about his service skills (i never told nothing about it)
and will not never tell something what i dont know.

p.s
1. you think that he was the only one who customers haved pb with ust pro instalation?
2. you think that for this pb he can not contact vsh-gsm in private?
3. you think that he didnt know that we all know about pb in instalation?
4. you think that vsh-gsm didnt work hard to repair this on some computers?

ANSWERS:
1. i have been one of the peoples who haved pb with instalation on some computers
(i install it on my laptop)
2. i have been one who maked some tests for ust pro2 team
3. 98% of my customers have sucesfully installed drivers
4. 2% of them resolve their pb
(before it,i told them..
you must try on another computer,try on laptop,
last and 100% solution is format windows

BUT..
i told and this..to my 2% customers:
1. you can wait , soon new drivers for egate smart card will be released and pb will be resolved
2. you can send me ust pro2 box, and i will pay you money immediatly

and this is the right way what you have done with your customers and thy cant tell you any bad word about your aproach in solving this problem with this box...

But when i have read the thread that was posted by garfild you have replayed in very bad manner to garfild and that with no reason at all and thats why i have replayed to this... your replay was as garfild have assault you and he haven't mention you name in any way...

So sty cool, swap your experiences, make suggestions to make any product better but dont offend anyone and don't fight

Im working with roman since 4 years and have to say he is very good and trusted person.

Man there is no problem, we made the forum to answer customers,
some persons are more professional and they find the solutions by themselves... and some other persons want to ask it immediatelly.
We have not only professional users, there are also a lot of beginners etc..
we created the support forum to support all people, not only professionals or not only beginners, so nobody should hesitate to post his question in forum.

About internal problems, better to solve it kindly and in private.. that wasn`t nice move from you mate..
