Sharing data Wireless - GSM-Forum

I have started with a small firm and there are total 10 people in my office. We have a lot of data to share with each other, but we have to struggle alot for doing that as transferring data manually sometimes gets messy or time consuming, thus I need a solution that solves this cross connection. I have been suggested to use a Kingston product that is a MobileLite Wireless, which would allow me to share the data with 3 people at the same time, so few of these would just ease my work. But I need to have a second opinion on whether buying this would be a good option?
