For people selling online / on website

What do you people do for people who don't pay?
Or chargeback on Paypal?
Or just cheaters in general

If you can't get back money, do you use a service to block them?
Or just ignore?

surely cannot be 100% safe when use online.

In Hong Kong, exist a credit card service called PayMe from a famous local bank, HSBC, where check serious of their ID card & allowed to use only locally with immediately mobile SIM # verificartion where such # also be the same one registered in PayMe, which help to reduce bery low of credit card fraud and scamming.

Or, check if the PayPal user is an experienced user or new account, usually, for the new account, i would refuse to make the deal with.

If still needs heavy risk management, suppose consider to use amazon, they have high restriction of credit card fraud control, after get the credit card payment, amazon would not mark-good and payment, it would check any potential fraud first, then, allow to process the payment.

Or like some of the famous hosting company in the world, where needs the credit card photo + its owner's passport photo before the payment get valided.

Personally, i would use the amazon. lower cost than eBay, no headache of payment gateway, buyer's confident about trusting or not, and other technical issue.
