no one is hacked your icq, it is a virus which came thru icq like a link sended to you by someone in your contact list which hi also don't know that hi send. extension is like *****.exe or something else and you click on that link. after that it is changed your icq pass and email for sending new pass.

hehehe!
It happened because ICQ-server was performing backup of it's database!
