Member: 1062107 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 544 | Me too, My Doctor said avoid sitting for a long time, stand up and have a walk for an hour a day.. drink water regularly because sometimes we forgot to drink water when we sit along with our computers or doing something sitting, avoid smoking cigar. Do have an extra exercise everyday and drink ******** or fruit juices and eat healthy foods.... If symptoms persists consult your doctor... |

Member: 151871 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 71,421 | yea same problem with me ,i had serious problem of my back pain cause i'm using computer regularly since 1998 (10~13 hours daily) concern with many doctors . alot of exercise , also tried many pain killers its just relief for a while but from last year i did not feel much pain in back , i regular sleep on floor with just a semi hard thin mattress and now life going much better , and agree with GSm angle that must Drink water regularly !! try it , and hope this will help you Br Faisal_Computer |

Member: 55124 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 26 | there is a fast solution for this.....from the book "'where there is no doctors"' sleep flat on your back , fold one of your leg (say left leg) at almost right angle ,hook it at the back of the other (this case right).then try to reach the furthest of right side you can : with the left hand.........do this several times and repeat for the other leg.............it will keep you off the chemist |

Member: 776382 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 105 | =GsM Angel= Faisal Computer Amir-SkillZ akhil bbsr weru Thank you so much for your concern and am glad to learn that am not the only one with this plight, I have used a lot of medications, do exercise regularly and drink a lot of water on a daily basis. Talk of using a comfortable chair I agree I do use one, gonna change it to a wooden stool and of course from today until further notice will sleep on a two inch mattress on a floor. Will post results after sometime. |
