windows 7 driver search very slow. why? - GSM-Forum

i am using windows 7 for all unlocking. can anyone tell me why the driver search (when installing a usb device) on windows 7 is very slow? Even when I click to disable trying to get a driver from windows update, it still takes 10 min to install driver. if driver was previously installed and you unplug and plug it back in it takes same time to install drivers.

Is there a way to speed this up?

i am using acer aspire 7745 windows 7 32 bit i have same problem with 64 bit windows7 home premium

I am using windows 7. I have downloaded the you-tube down loader and its hang my PC. Please help and give suggestions here........

yes, I also face same problem, usb driver install too slow
i am using windows 7 64bit
