What's New:

KernelXP engine is totally built into system. This means that main system libraries now have limited support for Unicode API versions like 2000/XP and some new APIs that present in those systems.
Version Emulation Layer introduced. With this layer, Windows version information can be modified per-application.
RP/W'98 generic bugs can be workarounded per-app.
LameSkin now can skin most window titles.
Shadows are smaller, Shadows are better, Shadows can be turned off without problems!
rpconfig.exe tool is introduced. With this tool, you can change RP registry settings (menu shadows, etc.).
"Kill" command added to windows' system menu. Now you can finish application from window menu.
Various heavy optimizations, graphics caching to increase perfomance.
Several Vista icons
ToolBar Icons Patching is 1000 times faster

What's Fixed:

[Generic] Everest problems
[Generic] Nero MD5 Verifier problems
several backup/restore issues (lol, why backup was AFTER installing?)
icon corrupted drawing
Find&Replace dialog hung
shortcut arrow wasn't displayed in New menu
Fixed all found RC bugs
Maybe fixed RC2 bugs
Additional RPConfig options

Please note: this is the last major release. Several features were dropped in RP4 development and may be introduced in partnership with Windows 2000 Revolutions Pack project (coming soon). Several simple KernelXP updates or bug-fixes may also appear.
