Member: 2394251 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1667574 Thanks Meter: 0 | Winning PayPal unauthorised payment disputes I know that since last summer they can protect sellers when fraudster opens dispute directly on PayPal - I won one case. But they say that can do nothing with credit card chargebacks because "Intangible items are not covered under Seller Protection". Is there any solution? |

Member: 193192 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 327 | Sadly no, the only possible bypass is to send them printed receipt with postal tracking information, turning intangible into tangible but this can be expensive especially for foreign buyers. |
