Winning PayPal unauthorised payment disputes

Hi. I'd like to ask if someone has experience in winning PayPal chargeback cases. What can help to protect against those things excepting hard combat magic?

I know that since last summer they can protect sellers when fraudster opens dispute directly on PayPal - I won one case. But they say that can do nothing with credit card chargebacks because "Intangible items are not covered under Seller Protection". Is there any solution?

Sadly no, the only possible bypass is to send them printed receipt with postal tracking information, turning intangible into tangible but this can be expensive especially for foreign buyers.

You mean to print something like "hey man! Your order is accepted" and send it to suspicious client with registered mail?

Better odds of Winning the lotto tonight..

On a more serious note, the way paypal treats the seller is wrong and unfair at times, more so with virtul goods,,, (ie) codes/iphone unlocks ect..
