i want to repair some db2020 phones but i have problem with the tp. do i have to remove the ic before i can access the tp?

Hello!
No you don't need to remove ic. Just connect to tp pin on chip side.

but the tp pics looks as if they are under the ic. i tried w580 first step was good and second step the tp seems to be under the ic. but i will keep trying and when its succes i will post result.

"Under chip" is alternative tp picture.
There is a testpoint picture on flash chip side, like this:
