To connect to the Internet, DBSS using settings from Internet Explorer.
So, please, check it. In other point - disable your firewall and antivirus program during update.

Hello sir till i m in same problem.I m off antivirus also firewall but no result.When trying to press activation key or trying to update softare hang on connecting to server.Please help!!

Please, run Update Firmware. I don't see from long that you do this. If you still have this problem, please, send to me full logs.
Also try to update your box on other computer, if you can.
