Can´t enter bootloader - GSM-Forum

Hi to Dreambox supporters. I have a dreambox and can not enter to the download area. I got this box from e-bay from a previous owner and everytime I try to enter Boot-Loader soft say to unregister box. My box:

Box SN : 12169
Firmware Version : 1.22.0
Firmware Build Info : 3550 17 August 2011 18:19:20
Hardware version : 1.2
Supported Functions : Siemens, SonyEricsson, SENeptune
DreamBox driver version : 6.2.0.0

Please help.
