DBSS v1.27. FIRST IN THE WORLD: EL71 is supported - GSM-Forum

Dear users,
We are pleased to announce a release of new version of DBSS v1.27.

In this update:

First ever model EL71 is supported (by Testpoint).
Operator code list added*.
Info splash screen in Testpoint mode.
"About" box upgrade.
Sorting added in Skey Viewer.
Testpoint boot mode improved for Sgold phones. No button pressing needed**.
Contrast tuning fixed for MC60 and M55 phone models.
Scenario Auto Restart improved.

* Operator code list has been added to enable quick search of operator code by operator (service provider) brand name (to be used while locking the phone for certain operator).
Please, inform us on any operator code not included in our list. We'll add it ASAP.

** Now you have just to touch certain point on the PCB with the TP needle – the phone will be boot mode automatically (no need to press the button on testpoint cable probe).

How to get to testpoint under the chip?

On the picture it is marked numbers:

1. Board.
2. Chip.
3. Chip balls.
4. Testpoint needle.
5. Wire isolation.
6. Thin wire.

what guage of wire is that your using? perhaps a bread tie might work or smaller than that?

We already added flash file for EL71 and also for C81 to http://www.boot-loader.com

Thanx for the flash files.I chek the support site Today 08:32 AM then there is not flash files for this phone even no E series section there.

Testpoint for el71 is very difficult................can u give us any other testpoint which is not present under chip

Unfortunately, now this is only one way for doing unlocking and other operations with EL71. Just try to use our method. It is not so difficult as it seems to be
