I try with dcu 60 cable my computer freezes, i can't even restart, i taught it was cable fault, buy another cable, my cable sam problem. pls help i have 3 pieces to unlock

I have the same problem when i try to service any phone via DCU60 cable.. i have to install windows vista and the problem solved..

But if someone has experienced before this problem, you might want to give me a potential solution. I'm using windows vista when Mallorie people use XP with Dreambox.

this is what happens:
when I try to give service to any phone, using DCU60 cable, the computer freezes and not responding .. seems more like a conflict problem .. I can do .. I removed kaspersky and still the problem.

Provided with windows 7 but when I connect the first time all ok, but when I reconnect the phone again not detected. for example when trying to write a full flash, dreambox software first makes a copy of the security, then you must continue to write the full flash, but that's where the process stops, it's as if he could not reconnect the phone and I have to restart the PC detects it but then again the same thing happens when you finish the copy of the security.

with another computer using Windows XP all normal without any problems ..

Maybe you have some drivers conflict? Did you try the same procedure with DBSS 3.28 ?
