k550i write gdfs error - GSM-Forum

i have k550i , dead condition , i tried to flash it, but it shows gdfs error
so i tried with TP, both stages are ok but while writing gdfs this giving me error

2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 99000301FFFFFFFF (DB2020 / DB2030)
Sending Application ...
NOR Flash ID = 897E
OTP Status = LOCKED
OTP IMEI = 354333-02-217469-9
OTP CID = 51
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 53
Baseband Chip ID = 9900
Phone ID = 23801D6825D01735
Flash Chip : Intel 48F50xxM0Y0
Flash Chip ID : 0089 887E
Reading GDFS...
Error : #3150:004B04BD A5F6AB6D 00000001
Error : #3150:00330606
Error : Failed.

please help me is this of hardware?

first repair GDFS by testpoint have this unlock and repair GDFS.......;

writting gdfs with testpoint may be solve ur problem
