I've got a problem with this phone that's dead;when I try to reed info from phone I receive this message:

1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Hold <C> button and connect the phone to DCU60 cable.
Boot Responce = 5A

OTP IMEI = 351708-01-142075-2
OTP CID = 49

When I try to execute security bypass I receive this message:

1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.

OTP IMEI = 351708-01-142075-2
OTP CID = 49
EROM Color = 62 : BROWN

Error : Failed.

Phone was damaged by other tool when was trying to flash it and I received it not powering on and I wanna know if it can be fixed.
