I need to unlock the following models, which are not listed:

-CXT65
-CL75

CXT65:
I have tried with CXT65, and with some models, such as C72, C66, it gets up to "testing RAM", and after that, it goes to 99% and stops.

With other models, it displays a "please check sram chip" msg.

CL75:
Since its an Benq phone, i have no clue on what to do with it, so i have just not tried anything.

Are you planning to do smth with them?

If you have Jaf just use the logger to unlock the CL75.

payed 350€ not to need to have many boxes to unlock siemens phones, so solution you mention is not valid for me.

Yes, we plan to support CXT65 in the near future.
With respect to CL75 - this is ODM phone, and we plan to support it after the Siemens phones
