hi

every phone that i connect to box cable not connected

and this is a log!!!

i change my cable set and ust another power supply but nothing happen!

Please try to be more clear:why do You connect it via tp?do you wanna repair it's gdfs or what is the operation that you wanna do on it?

base problem is my box dont connect to any phone!!!

Try to do "Read Phone Info" in "Normal" Access Mode and post result here.

Just uninstall the old version,delete folder dreambox in x/program files and reinstall the latest version.
Surelly it will be OK

I have done everything as instructed but the result is still the same,
what should I do it again, still appears "error"

Turn off your Anti-Virus Re-install the software run the program with out the anti-virus see if that is stopping the tool from running
