I've installed drivers and software, but I can't seem to activate/update in DBSS.
Please see what happens.
firmware version: 0
There are no new update on server or your devices is already up to date

Hi, willymobile. Please, run Read Box Info and send to me by PM the log file from DBSS (Program Files->DreamBox->bin *.log file). Thanks.

Server is ok. Turn off your firewall (if you have it) and try again.
