i just buyed this dream box and wanted to know procedure for unlock T303 phones using rj45 se tool cable

There is 2 ports
Service and data

what is used for what and what is the excat procedure fot t303 unlock , im waiting 7 days but support team dont email.
they think everyone is technical like superman and have no time and very poor customer support

Service port is for testpoint and battary hook.
Data port is for phone data cable.

using rj45 se tool cable

This is impossible, because our cable has different pinout.
You should use cable with correct DreamBox pinout.

excat procedure fot t303 unlock ,

With old phone security:
1. Connect handset to DreamBox
2. Choose correct model
3. Select "Locosto ROM Bug" Access mode
4. Press "Unlock" on Security tab

With new security
1. Open phone
2. Connect it to DreamBox
3. Select "Testpoint" Access mode
4. Press "Unlock" in Security tab
5. Follow the software instruction.

im waiting 7 days but support team dont email.
