here sample k800 red blink only:

User selected phone K800 using Security Bypass boot mode
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 99000301FFFFFFFF (DB2020 / DB2030)
Timeout detected
Error : Please execute "Security Bypass" operation first
Error : Failed.

You Must Use Test Point Method First..
Klik Enter "Execute security Bypass Operation"
Use test point Picture at dreambox software..
Set sensitifity at 70....
For test point stage1 result must 98 (good test point)
For test point stage2 result between 58-60 ..
If execute Security Bypass operation Succeded then change method at security Bypass.
Full flash and write gdfs then Unlock and repair gdfs security blocks..
Last if necessary flash with normal method use firmware and filesystem and cda File..
Viola Your Phone working Normall..
Try and Try if use test point method ... This is very difficult at we use first time with dreambox..
Will you Pass test point method (specially side of ic flash) everything become easy..

Dreambox Just Support DB2012 it's mean K510,K310,K320 CID50
But Dreambox team always Give Supprise for dreambox user..
Waiting.....

no..u can use TP with variant in side ic..u must have good microskop to see TP..
its not difficult to do TP...

what happen?

hi jakoy@ flash ur phone to other device like cruiser. use high version firmware then try unlock again via tp..

Try to reorganize GDFS (Power on the phone and change settings/contacts/theme e.t.c.) or flash firmware.
Our decision depends on the configuration GDFS. If DB2012 phone has "Invalid GDFS and/or configuration" and firmware flashing or GDFS reorganizing didn't help - nothing can be done.
