after successful unlock using DCU60 cable the phone dead

--- Unlock by Patch -----------------------------------------------------------
User selected phone S302 using DCU60 boot mode
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Hold <C> button and connect the phone to DCU60 cable.

The phone now doent respond to software when i try to flash.even the PC wont detect the phone

Do you try to connect phone to DB via Normal mode and power connector from box?

just tried it and still no connection.why this happens when everything is fine during unlocking?The customer is waiting please any suggestion how to make this phone alive?This is my first customer after purchasing neptune add on and this particular phone is the reason why i purchased the add on and IT FAILS without any error signs during unlocking process.please help support.

In general, phone should respond to initial connection regardless on unlocking operation. So, please check :
1. If phone get enough power.
2. If connectors (serial) is working.
3. Select normal boot mode and try to read info. If hardware is working it should respond.
Let us know about results.

support is very slow in helping my problem,and the customer is waiting.I think this is software bug because the procedure in unlocking is correct,no errors and unlock done but phone is dead.I am pressured here with angry customer.waiting for support...

I already did connecting in normal mode using dreambox cable and supply.Already tried using cruiser(usb and uc10) phone not connect either.seems like the phone is totally dead no response to charger and software.But phone is perfect before unlocking.

how can i damage pcb when unlocking was performed without opening phone?software response during unlocking was perfect and you said i damaged something on pcb?

Did your check voltage on power hook during connection?
Also possible, ignition is not working, in this case you should turn on it manually.
