Is S66 Suported or no? - GSM-Forum

No matter what method i choose it always fails.
says working then fails.
any thoughts?

Just gotta read a little

1.Connect phone to box
2.Click Read Info in General tab
3.Go to the Application or Games menus
4.Start SReader applet
5.After that you can use Auto mode.

same here any methode not working not supported yet....it is dream bug again ...... pls fix .......

We need more details!
1) Phone model
2) Phone firmware version
3) DBSS version
4) DBSS log files (dbss.log and dbsserr.log)
5) Screen shot of DBSS in error state
6) Exact sequence, what you were doing

2) Phone firmware version.................................i dont know bec nothing happen reading the phone imfo
3) DBSS version.......new version 1.29
4) DBSS log files (dbss.log and dbsserr.log)........... i dont know to go for log capture bec.doesnt read the phone
5) Screen shot of DBSS in error state...................it will not help bec only "wait" and hear clicking sound on my dreambox so i stop maybe it will break again for second time
6) Exact sequence, what you were doing...............all instruction in user guide

It does not matter. Just send log files.
You can find it in Program Files->DreamBox->bin ALL .log files.
