Samsung anycall activation problem

have already bought activation string. but if try to enter it by copy paste or even typing the activation string manually only the letters are typed the no. digits are not entered. need saome help. thanks in advance

As far as I see you try to activate your box with code that are generated for Octopus box, not for Dream box. So you need to speak with your seller about this.

Already spoke to my reseller Sir Nonoyxp, he said i should e-mail support@dreambox.hk about my problem. I have already e-mailed support@dreambox.hk since last monday August 29. support made a reply to me august 30 instructing me to send them the activation code that was given to me. Already e-mailed that also to then that same day. But until today they haven't returned any e-mail reply.

My customer got back today and took the 2 units samsung anycall that were brought in last monday for unlocking. And said they could not wait anylonger for their phones to be unlocked.

Please contact your reseller. The code you input is totally wrong.

What exactly code you order: Samsung Anycall for Octopus box or Smasung Anycall for DreamBox?

These both code has a different format. Anyway code is wrong.


FYI: Do not post any codes you buy. Someone can steal and activate the code before you do this. In this situation the code-supplier wouldn't be able to help you. Your screenshot is removed!

I ordered Smasung Anycall for DreamBox. Problem finally settled my reseller refunded my money.

Hope in the future this kind of problem can be settled immediately. Do not know which one made the mistake.
