SE testpoint doesn’t work - GSM-Forum

Recently I have activated the Dream SE part
The K320, W200 test point doesn’t work, even though I have fixed the cable.
I have also tried the k320, that reads well the info, but the test point doesn’t work here either.
I made an attempt with my colleague’s box and my cable, but without luck; then his cable with my box, again without luck.

His stuff works well with all kind of phones. Mine not; just with the Siemens part with Axx, Cxx, Mxx.

please help

CHECK YOUR TP CABLE MAYBE IT IS DEMAGE

tespoint cable is ok but u r use fault brother . when w200 is connected then use access mode tespoint and go to security , Execute security by pass then show the pic testpoint connect to pin27 and with mouse click on show testpoint bottom start same as satge2 to testpoint on pin 37

U r br wait working same as simens br but in se click on start by mouse

bro tp is 27 for stage 1 and 37 for stage 2

cause in begin i do tp on 21 :/

MAYBE this is your problem

I can't see process for K320 or W200 in this log.
Can you send ALL *.log files from DBSS (Program Files->DreamBox)?

As I see from your logs:

you selected K510. So probably you made mistake. You need to select K320 model if you work with K320. I don't see in logs that you was working with K320 or W200.

About K510.
I see important 2 messages in your last logs:

That's mean, that you connect to wrong pin or disconnect tp needle from it too early.

Hint : Try to flash firmware.

If you will have this error after flashing again - nothing can be done.
