Try to enable "Skip memory test during..." in options, or enable Force "Safe Mode"

me too have same problem

--- Running scenario-----------------------------------------------------------
User selected phone CX65 using Test Point boot mode
Write Fullflash
Repair IMEI (use factory defined from OTP area)
Unlock all locks


Power On the phone ... OK
Hint : Now the probe might be disconnected
Sending loader ... OK
Warning : RAM testing skipped

and enable force mode too

Problem Solved By Heating flash chip

I ve got the same phone having same problem.
