michel, after I update my dreambox v2.4 to v3.5 all SL75 AMD based donīt works with this box.
Yours is:
Flash Chip = AMD S29WS256N, size 32768 Kb
Flash Chip = AMD S29GL512N, size 65536 Kb
fullflash is 96Mb

Even Intel based I did not revive on it.
Flash Chip = Intel 28F256L18T, size 32768 Kb
Flash Chip = Intel 28F256V18T, size 32768 Kb
Flash Chip = Intel 28F256V18B, size 32768 Kb
fullflash is 64Mb

Better you see this http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/show...255534&page=34

I had 5 x75 phones killed by this box and all are working now by this alternative solution.

Hello!
We will research this problem ASAP.
Your logs (dbss.log, dbsserror.log) from DBSS (Program Files->DreamBox) will be very helpful.
Thank you.

paulo_mineiro, i flashed without problems and intel sl75 and repaired security today, but i get troubles with amd sl75.
i installed dbss in a new computer and used external power source at 4.2v and get logs and videos.
i'm sending now to GSM Dream via PM.
In latest version, I can't complete flash if "Repair Security..." and "Repair setup table" are enabled.
Disabling, I can flash, but get "Write #06" when repairing security.

We are waiting for the real solution for this problem.

GSM Dream, please check your PM.

i solved my problem...
it's like paulo_mineiro ways, but I used DBSS to flash phone, not x65flasher...
  1. in dbss, go to tools > siemens skey manager and copy IMEI and ESN.
Let's use PapuasUtilV1.1b to recalc your BIN fullflash(get one here http://rapidshare.com/files/11784870...400_160208.rar thanks dagos!)
  2. Open PapuasUtilV1.1b, go to Code tab, paste ESC and IMEI(without spaces and -), In SKEY, type 12345678
  3. Click in "Calculate HASH + BootKey from ESN + SKEY"
  4. Go to Convert tab and click in "Recalc Fullflash" and open your BIN fullflash and choose a new name for Recalc'd flash.
  5. Wait for Reacalc process finish...
  6. Now go back to DBSS and disable:

    * Options -> Siemens -> Repair IMEI after flashing EEFULL or EELITE are (use OTP IMEI)
    * Options -> Siemens -> Repair setup table after flashing firmware area
  7. flash your phone with Recalc'd flash choosing "Format Bootcore" Acess Mode.

Now my phone is working, but hanging on shutdown.
Let's go back to 2007 to solve this problem:
http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/show...1&postcount=16

After this, no problem.
But we are waiting for a real solution from Dream Box Team.

if you have success repairing SL75 AMD with your Dreambox tell to Dream Team how to do this.

Is it AMD or Intel?

Even A52, A55, C75, CX75, etc my old dream box canīt find by TP(egold) and Auto/firmware bug(sgold).

My solution is cut TP(a52,a55) and papuas(easer than open phone)

The first was Intel, no problem. Direct flash and Repair Security using DBSS 3.4...
The second was AMD. Problem when flashing without automatic repair options was enable and when was doing "Repair Security".
I flashed bootloader.com fullflash with that options disabled, after I readed and saved in BIN format, then recalc'd with papuasutils1.1b and flashed back using dbss 3.6.2.
After, flashed with v35 firmware upgrade from bootloader.com(with automatic repair options disabled).
And finish using WINSUP 4.18 to flash original XFS file.

Bugs in DBSS with SL75 with AMD Flashes:
-when flashing with options "Repair IMEI..." and "Repair setup table..." enabled.
-when unlocking(get Error #06 then EEPROM will be corrupted)
-when flashing only EEPROM area(same...)
-when using "Calibrate Battery"

Other bug: DBSS can't recognize original XFS files!
You can try with this file: http://allsiemens.com/flash/xfs/SL75...35_xfs.zip.htm

Again, no problems unlocking/flashing/repairing security in SL75 with Intel flash.

No problems with A52 TP and Auto/Firmware Bug Access Mode here.
