i have the original tp cable that came with my dreambox which has 1x yellow which i know is power but it also has 2 x needle tp (1 with button) which of these do i use

Sorry but I don't think so that is dream box cable.
Correct TP cable is just needle with button and cable for power.
Two needles have TP cable V1 for smartclip.

10 pin is RJ48 not RJ45
