And after few years of such work you will need to 'repair' your eyes with laser, and if you will be lucky doctor wont use microscope too.

I think safety matters first,when u can use microscope and keep ur eyes safe why using unarmed eyes.In some cases TPs are clear enough and there's no need to use microscope but other cases the safer way is using them.

dont strain your natural eyes whiles machine is there to do the work. you will have effect some years later. is it really necessary to do it without tp? please bro, use it for safety and the future sake.(your eyes are you light)
