User selected phone W200 using Test Point boot mode
Stage 1 started
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 7A
Processor ID = 02BD00E250816244
Warning : Detected platform is different from selected
Error : Failed.

got another W200 with the same problem...... exact same log shows with this set also.....
