if thats u ,would u help beginers(in siemense)like me a simple tutorial for unlocking siemense fones?please!!i have bought this damn box but it has never worked,im trying to unlock a sl55 i have connected the probe to the test point,red clip to the pos. terminal i put a probe on the test point,i then press read info and then press the botton on the probe,the light goes red quickly,is that a problem with the box?or something im doing wrong,how do we know what is gold and what is... please help

Did you update your box to 103 versions of firmware?
Before using testpoint for EGold phones you must modify your cable!
1. Connect phone to box
2. Connect battery cable to "+" (positive contact) on the phone
(Attention: if you connect battery cable wrong you can damage your box!)
3. Choose model, speed and Testpoint boot method
4. Click Read Info in DBSS
5. Connect probe with button to testpoint
6. Do not remove probe until phone is booted! (No need to press button on probe)
After that, you can use Stored Boot Key boot method (no need in testpoint for this phone anymore), because this method uses the keys stored in a database.

my supplier has told me that the probe has a cap fitted,im not sure if my fw is 103,i go and check later,im doing exactly the steps that u have described,2 things i noticed if i just hold the probe on tp,the soft wount work,its only when i press the botton that the soft says power on,but nothing happens,and the light goes red,btw how du use stored key boot after that,sorry first time trying to unlock these fones,
