Im new bie for DB.Why My box always showing TP CONNECTED without touch tp?

Wich hw version is your DB?
If you disconnect the cable from Box, it will show tp connected?
If yes, your box is damaged, maybe wrong tp(direct GND to needle damage box).
But there is a procedure to recover.
Let's wait for DreamSupporter post the procedure.

FW is up to date................

the wrong with tp cable....When i insert the tb cable its says Tp connected.what shell i do?
