I just tried accessing support site and I got this message, what then is expected from all your dongle users?

Should support be just 4 MONTHS only?

I think this is the shortest support ever.... pls let us know ur mind

i wana say you that usb smart is a very bad support first of all we can't direct download we must try one try two try more to download a file a day the bandwidth is so so so bad i mean that no only support is bad and the support gives us just 4 monthes just 4 why do u have usb smart ????? just to have a bad dongle so plz every body don't try to have new usb smart it's realy a bad dongle i have one and forget it cause realy i have to have more box no that dongle

2: WTF is up with all the people complaing about support for a product that they say is bad and do not use! If you do not use it, why do you care?!?!
