I had problem with this software

the phone like K750,W800,W900
when i click "do select job",then the phone will auto switch on.
how to sovle it????

ihave same problem
even i got K300i today
and that is doing the same

i tried with HWK and SMEC tool
with same result
look like there is some problem with mobile connector

I had this problem too with an W810i but connecting a W800i I had no problem & software read the phone so could it be a cable or phone fault?

Is phone connector fault, clean it very well...

here :
1-open KZF or SEMC tool
2-conect cable to phone without battery
3-make job ..than put battery to phone .

Ps: if not work after that is sure problem cable or conectors .
