can't access support site


Today I have received my usb smart dongle, s/n 010xxxxx.
I have downloaded access program and drivers.
Everything seems to work OK, although I can not get access to support site.
Are you under DOS attack, or did you ban my IP?
Either ways, please let me know. Thank you.

i don't see why his ISP would even be related to this.

I was having troubles on the 17th of OCTOBER. Problem solved on the same day. Today is the 7th of NOVEMBER! And Zulea's support sites have been under DOS attack several times...

No problems with my providers either.
